How do I track my order?

You will be provided a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email once your product has shipped. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number



How long does shipping take?

Orders will usually ship within 3-4 business days after your order has been placed. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM (excluding weekends and major holidays.) This does not account for weather delays or any other natural disasters that are out of our control. 



Is it safe to put my credit card information?

Yes. We DO NOT store any of your credit card information. All payments are handled by our payment processor and we will never share your information with anyone.


How do I return an item?

In the event that you need to return an item, this must be completed within 14 days of your order delivery date. We are not able to accept returns that have been worn, washed or have been damaged (by you of course).

Once we receive your return in our facility, our customer service team will contact you regarding your return and immediately process a full refund or exchange for the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping. (SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE)

Why is there customs fees for my package?

Customs fees are set by your government. These are taxes/duty when shipping goods overseas. Each country has their own customs fees. The amount depends on the destination, weight, size, etc. of the shipment. (We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be stated during the checkout process.)
